When you book a jewelry consultation with us, you’ll get dedicated time with one of our design consultants to explore ring styles, try on favorites, ask all your questions, and figure out what makes your heart do that little “ohhh, this might be the one” flutter. Here’s exactly what you can expect!

An Hour Blocked Off Just For You

When you schedule a consultation, we block off an hour just for you! That means dedicated, one-on-one time with a design consultant who can help you explore your options without feeling rushed. Come solo and make it your own little ring shopping adventure, bring your other half, or invite a few of your favorite people along for the fun! There’s no one “right” way to shop for an engagement ring, we’re here to make the experience perfect for you.

And no, you don’t need to arrive knowing all the jewelry lingo. If words like pavé, cathedral, bezel, and basket setting currently sound like another language, we’ve got you!

We'll Pull Sample Rings Based On Your Style

We’re not your average jewelry store, and our consultation experience looks a little different, too! Rather than filling display cases with every ring we offer, we curate sample rings for your appointment based on the styles you’re interested in. This gives you a more personal, intentional experience, with plenty of beautiful rings to play with, of course!

Have screenshots or saved photos of our rings you’ve been obsessing over? Bring them! Know you love vintage-inspired engagement rings, colorful gemstones, delicate details, or a particular setting style? Tell us all about it. If your engagement ring wishlist currently consists of “I have absolutely no idea, but I’ll know it when I see it,” that works too! We’ll start somewhere, try on different shapes and styles, and help you narrow things down until we discover what feels right. 

Try Things On, Ask Questions & Have Fun

This is the fun part! Your consultation is your chance to see how different engagement ring styles actually look and feel on your hand. Sometimes the ring you’ve been saving for months is the one. Other times, you try on something completely unexpected and suddenly everything changes! That’s why we encourage you to keep an open mind and enjoy the process. Your design consultant can also walk you through different gemstones, settings, metals, design details, and customization possibilities while answering your questions along the way. There are no silly questions here! Seriously, ask away!

Don't Worry About Remembering Everything

You tried on six rings, fell in love with three, learned approximately 47 new jewelry terms, and now you’re supposed to remember which setting had which details? Absolutely not! We want your jewelry consultation to feel fun and easy, so there’s no need to spend your appointment furiously taking notes. Your design consultant will keep track of the important details for you!

After your consultation, we’ll send you a thorough follow-up email with the rings and design details you loved, along with relevant pricing and timeline information. That way, you can go home, revisit your favorites, sleep on it, send photos to your group chat, stare lovingly at your options for an unreasonable amount of time, whatever your decision making process looks like!
