But the big kicker on my side of things was just how awesome the process of ordering this was. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, I received creation updates and pics when it was completed, and the shipping was crazy fast. The ring was packed super snug in 4 boxes and a bag, and it came with cleaning supplies and all other sorts of goodies. It was such a nice and easy process.
