Description

We kindly ask for the full 4-6 week timeframe to complete your custom piece, as it ensures our team can dedicate the love and attention your project deserves. However, we understand that life happens! If you need your ring sooner, we do offer an expedited option to have your custom piece completed within 3 weeks for an additional fee of $250. This charge helps support our dedicated CAD artist and bench jeweler, who work overtime to bring your vision to life.

Please allow an extra day for engraving services, as this step requires additional labor and care.

To ensure your order is rushed correctly, please include the following in your order notes:

  1. Your desired arrival date

  2. Your original invoice number (only necessary if you’re purchasing the RUSH service separately)

  3. A reliable contact number for delivery – this is required by our insurance provider to ship your order
